We are one of the few companies in the UK to offer half hourly charging with no hidden extras such as parking or petrol . We have a minimum one hour charge but any extra time we spend with you is only billed by the half hour.
We do not charge for estimates and have an average turnaround time of 72 hours from attending to providing you with a full written quote. Please note, however, that inspections, surveys and investigations are chargeable.
The rate card below shows our standard half hourly rates.
There is a minimum 1 hour charge, then we charge by the half hour. The rates shown below are per HALF HOUR:

Christmas Eve from 5pm, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve from 5pm, New Years Day, all other Public Holidays charged at £50.00 (all trades)
Electrical certificates charged at £10.00 (required on all electrical jobs). No other charges such as call-out, parking etc.

Residential:
Boiler service on one appliance £45.00, each additional appliance in the same dwelling £15.00
Gas safety report on one appliance is £45.00, each additional appliance in the same dwelling £10.00
Commercial:

Electrical periodic inspections
Commercial – £300 fixed site charge including testing of up to and including 10 circuits. Every circuit thereafter is charged at a rate of £25 per circuit
Residential – Bedsit £130, 1 Bed £150, 2 Bed £170, 3 Bed (or 2 bed maisonette) £190, 4 Bed (or 3 bed maisonette) £210, 5 Bed £230
Note – this is based on the assumption that we are provided suitable access to the electrical installation
PAT tests
£150 per site up to and including 30 appliances (£2 per appliance thereafter)
System flushes
Up to 7 Radiators – £310.00
8-11 Radiators – £430.00
12-15 Radiators – £550.00
16 -20 Radiators - £700.00
21-25 Radiators – £850.00
26-30 Radiators – £1000.00
Gas Boiler Replacements
Boiler replacements start from £1400.00.
